Norse Atlantic Airways AS is a Norwegian low-cost, long-haul airline headquartered in Arendal, Norway. Founded in February 2021, the airline operates a fleet of Boeing 787 aircraft between Europe, North America, Africa and Asia. Its inaugural flight took place on 14 June 2022 from Oslo Airport, Gardermoen to John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York City.

Minimum 3500 hours of total flight time as pilot on multi pilot jet aircraft including one or more of the following: • 24 months in active duty as a pilot with Norse AA or; 1000 hours on B787 (or equivalent wide body aircraft) or; • 1000 hours as PIC on jet aircraft with a MTOW above 50,000 Kgs or; • Other relevant operational experience as approved by the NFPO. as of Nov 6, 2025
First Officer: Hold a current Class One Medical Certificate - Minimum 500 hours flight time on MPA (CS-25 aircraft) or meet the requirements for ZFTT (as specified in FCL.730.A)** - For a UK basing, hold a UK ATPL(A)* and have the right to work and reside in the United Kingdom without additional approvals - For an EU basing, hold an EASA ATPL(A)* and have the right to work and reside in the EU without additional approvals.
