Everything here is written by crew. You can pay for it with a review, or with money — both work, and one of them costs nothing.

Questions people actually ask

Does paying make my reviews visible to my airline?: No. A subscription changes what you can read, never what anyone can see about you. Employer accounts get analytics over aggregates and can reply publicly to reviews — they cannot see who wrote one, and nothing we store pairs a review with the address that earned it. What that does and does not cover.
Do I have to post a review to read the site?: Not if you subscribe. Free accounts read every review for 12 months each time they post one, which is how the site stays worth reading.
Can I cancel?: Yes, from your settings, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
What do you know about me if I pay by card?: The payment processor knows who you are — that is unavoidable, and we would rather say so. We store their subscription reference and nothing else from them: no name, no email, no card details. Nothing links your card to anything you have written.
