DAT in Denmark is technically just a legal entity with contract obligations and Danish crew employment, and a small customer service department in Bornholm Airport. OCC, MCC, main maintenance station and administration is located in Kaunas, Lithuania in the company DAT LT UAB. The DAT Group strategy has two focuses; PSO contracts in Europe (currently Norway, Germany and Italy) and short/long term ACMI and ad-hoc charter operations world wide. All new hires are in DAT LT UAB via the subsidiary Nordic Crew Supply (NCS) based in Cyprus with contracter/freelancer conditions or in some cases direct employment in DAT LT UAB for Lithuanian residents.
