Industry view
Every carrier, every category, side by side.
A rating on its own says very little. This is the same data as the carrier profiles, arranged so you can see who is actually better than the market they operate in — and by how much.
Down to a shortlist? Compare two or three carriers in full — pay, benefits and bases as well as ratings.

A cell is blank until at least 3 reviewers have answered that question for that carrier. A carrier is compared against its region only where at least 4 carriers there have published scores — otherwise it is compared against every carrier on the site, and its row says so.
Why compare against a region?
Pay, rostering law, union density and commuting norms differ far more between regions than within one. A European carrier measured against a Gulf median is not being measured against anything it competes with.
Why some cells are blank
A carrier needs enough reviews before a score means anything, and each of the ten questions is optional — so a carrier can have plenty of reviews and still have one category nobody answered. Those are left blank rather than filled with a guess.
What it cannot tell you
These are opinions from the crew who chose to write them, not an audit. A carrier that scores well here is one whose crew report a better experience than their peers’ — which is worth knowing, and is not the same as a fact about the company.
