Portugália - Companhia Portuguesa de Transportes Aéreos, S.A., also simply known as Portugália Airlines or PGA, is a regional airline that has been part of the TAP Group since 2007, based in Lisbon, Portugal. Founded in 1988 as an independent air transport company, it operates domestic and international flights from Lisbon and Porto under the TAP Express brand, using Embraer 190/195 aircraft.

although expanding and recruiting due the addition of 6 aircraft. The Emergency agreement is stil in force until 2025 25%paycut on everything above 1300€,this while inflation is at an all time high and other companies are compensating their crew for that inflation. so in reality suffering much more then 25%paycut. Progressions are frozen,meaning copilots are stuck at lowest Pascale and captains dont get to senior. Overnight and meal allowances payments are delayed frequently and then comes with less money then owned, due to errors from accounting. as of Dec 19, 2022 · 3 yrs old

no further fleet expansion planned for now, limitation on number of aircraft, due to the bailout given to tap group. Harsh cost cuting negotiations to collective contract are ongoing, trying to limit flight time protections and more work oriented pay,more work more pay, (but which would still pay significantly below the pre-emergency agreement) Tap group probably going to be sold in 2023/24 to either lufthansa or klm- Airfrance which limits the fleet decision of future e2/a220 once again. as of Dec 19, 2022 · 3 yrs old
