Turkish Airlines, or legally Türk Hava Yolları Anonim Ortaklığı, is the flag carrier of Turkey. As of June 2024, it operates scheduled services to 352 destinations in Europe, Asia, Oceania, Africa, and the Americas. The airline serves more destinations non-stop from a single airport than any other airline in the world and flies to 131 countries, more than any other airline. With an operational fleet of 24 cargo aircraft, the airline's cargo division Turkish Cargo serves 82 destinations. The airline also owns a low-cost subsidiary, AJet.

Roster and how it is published: For narrow body: Roster is issued on the 23rd of every month. But changes OFTEN occure. According to the rules you must be informed 24 hours in advance. But crew planning dep. sometimes manages it for layovers so that you notice the change when you start your duty. It is not rare when you fly 4 or 5 consecutive nights, and sometimes 4 legs in a night! B737 fleet has 17 layovers almost every month. Contrary to that the A320 fleet has 6-8. Off days in a month is 8 days total. You get only 2 consecutive days off three times in a month and two times one day off. But be ready to finish your duty very close to your off day. Because off days are starting officially at 00:01 local. It is possible to finish your duty at 23:30 local time before your off day! And this is not rare as well. For expats they may schedule r days off when possible. LEAVE: First year NO leave! Next yaer you start with 14 days per year. 7 days in winter, and 7 days in summer. But April, May and October is considered as SUMMER! So guess when your summer vacation will take place! After 5 years of recruitment you get 26 days. as of May 21, 2018 · 8 yrs old

If you want to apply for Turkish Flight Academy you must have an Turkish Citizenship. If you do then you will need university bachelor degree. Minimum requirements for applying are; minimum TOEFL score 60 (with speaking 18) or IELTS score 6 (with speaking 6).
