It is one of the largest in the world in terms of passengers carried, with 31.9 million passengers carried in the fourth quarter of 2025. It is the sixth busiest airline in the world, as per data from RadarBox. As of November 2025, IndiGo operates over 2,700 daily flights to 137 destinations – 94 domestic and 43 international. It operates cargo services under its subsidiary, IndiGo CarGo. Its primary hub is at the Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi.

Contract said one thing about days off and the reality is consistently two or three fewer a month. Everything else has been broadly as advertised. [demo]

Fatigue reports get acknowledged and then closed with no change. Safety reports are handled properly, so it is clearly a crewing problem rather than a culture problem, but that does not help when you are on your fourth…

Safety reporting is taken seriously.

Standby patterns are punishing.
