Lots of minimum rest, 10hrs. 30hrs rest every 6 days in a layover station, not in homebase. Company requests pilots to give days off every month. Expect to fly 1000hrs/year. Salary reduction several times during the last 6 years. Also Roster keep changing continuously due to Capt, FO shortage, recently we are flying more than what we are paid for due to paying based on blocked not actual as of Oct 21, 2024
