It is headquartered in Panama City, with its main hub at Tocumen International Airport. The airline is owned by Copa Holdings, which also owns Colombian airline AeroRepública, which operates under the brands Wingo and Copa Airlines Colombia.

Upgrade timelines were roughly what I was told at interview. Commuting policy is the thing to check carefully before you sign, because it is much stricter in practice than the contract implies. [demo]
