One owner, several airlines. Fleet and flying move between them, and a hiring freeze at the parent tends to land across all of them at once.
They are separate employers. Each holds its own air operator certificate and runs its own seniority list, pay scale and contract — moving between them usually means starting again at the bottom, unless the group has negotiated a transfer agreement.
