Fair pay, no roster stability at all

The roster is published on the 25th and changes several times before the month starts. Days off get rostered and then removed at short notice, which makes anything outside work impossible to plan. [demo]

Pros

Colleagues are excellent and crew rooms are decent.

Cons

Roster changes constantly, right up to the day.
